The singer shared new portraits a day after announcing her departure from JYP Entertainment, while reaffirming her commitment to TWICE.
Jihyo is introducing her next chapter with a confident new set of portraits.
The TWICE singer shared the photographs on Instagram on October 22 with the caption “A New Chapter,” following her announcement that she had established her own agency, EMITHAUS.
Among the images is a striking look pairing underwear with a jacket. The styling gives the profile shoot a bold direction as Jihyo begins working through the company she has founded.

The photographs arrived one day after Jihyo announced the end of her 21-year relationship with JYP Entertainment.
In her message, she reflected on spending much of her life at the company, from childhood through adolescence and into adulthood. She thanked the people who had supported her growth and said she would remember their shared time with gratitude.
Jihyo introduced EMITHAUS as a place where she hopes to explore her possibilities freely, including aspects of herself she has yet to discover.
The new portraits offer an early visual introduction to that ambition. Her accompanying post did not announce a new album or release date.

The agency change comes with an important reassurance for fans: Jihyo intends to continue performing with TWICE.
In her announcement, she expressed her wish to keep sharing the stage with the members and extend the future they are building together.
Her move therefore opens a new route for her individual career while preserving her commitment to the group that debuted in 2015.
Editor’s Note
Jihyo’s individual music career began before the launch of EMITHAUS. She released her first solo mini album, ZONE, on August 18, 2023, led by “Killin’ Me Good.” JYP’s official discography documents that release, providing an earlier milestone in the solo work she can now develop through her new company.
