More than a restaurant – Gigi Rigolatto invites you to a journey that moves poetically across a refined take on the season’s signature dishes. Bringing unhurried moments, leisurely afternoons and lively DJ sets. Enjoyed with the company of aperitivo at the Bellini Bar, before meaningfully transitioning into an energetic evening atmosphere.

Moving through a carefully curated rhythm, each moment transitions effortlessly into the next. The culinary experience brings together exquisite flavours and an atmosphere that captures the season’s lively spirit, unfolding from poolside and beach days to refined lunches and spirited evenings.

The spot also offers the opportunity to indulge in some essential retail therapy, having introduced Gigi Boutique, a luxurious collection of pieces recently showcased at Dubai Fashion Week. With pieces styled to move seamlessly between coastal afternoons and evenings out, the boutique made its Dubai Fashion Week debut on October 23 with an intimate, invite-only showcase, bringing selected international labels into the conversation. Offering another interpretation of the new season, the boutique reflects the philosophy of the Italian spirit, with pieces that evolve through travel and discovery, alongside an attention to character synonymous with the Gigi name.

The season unfolds to the rhythm of live music, with a trio of double bass, guitar and violin performing Italian and French classics, timeless pop and nostalgic melodies. As the afternoon progresses, the atmosphere shifts towards DJ sets, while live music continues into the evening. The duo performs every night during dinner, with the exception of Sundays.

Throughout the weekends, Ciao Amore brings a special energy to Gigi’s Bellini Bar, with a rotating lineup of guest DJ’s to set the tone throughout the experience. The latest music experience, Gigi L’Amoroso, inspired by Dalida’s iconic 1974 song, pays tribute to a golden era of music – bringing a charm of Italian nostalgia that adds to the allure. Complemented by specially curated DJ performances with artists such as Karrouhat.

Beyond the atmosphere, the menu poetically blends the Italian Riviera with Mediterranean flavours. Rooted in a seasonal approach to Italian cuisine, the menu moves through a meaningful formula of Gigi’s signature dishes, from the Seabream Carpaccio to handmade pasta including Pappardelle allo Zafferano and the Cacio e Pepe, enjoyed with sharing plates such as the Gamberi Provenzale.

Further enriching the experience is the addition of new dishes, including Tagliolini al Limone with Gamberi tartare, Spaghetti Granchio e Limone, and Indivia e Gorgonzola. The refined curation, under the direction of Giuseppe Pezzella, Group Executive Chef of Italian Restaurants, Paris Society. Who brings a philosophy that Italian cooking is about simplicity, seasonality and exceptional ingredients. Elevating the experience from afternoon until evening is a refined curation of signature cocktails and mocktails, with the beloved classic Gelato Pistacchio by Group Executive Pastry Chef, Paris Society, Benoit Dutreige.
