Every summer, Europe rewards those who know where to look. The crowds follow the obvious routes – the coastal cliffs, the crowded piazzas – but the most quietly satisfying trips tend to unfold somewhere unexpected: a sun-drenched village street, an installation that stops you mid-stride, a terrace where lunch becomes an afternoon.

This is the kind of travel The Bicester Collection has always understood. Across nine Villages – Bicester Village, La Vallée Village, Las Rozas Village, La Roca Village, Fidenza Village, Wertheim Village, Maasmechelen Village, Ingolstadt Village and Kildare Village – this summer’s programme reads like a cultural itinerary across Europe’s most compelling destinations.

And with year-round savings of up to 60 per cent off the world’s finest brands, and the ease of hands-free shopping allowing guests to move through the Villages effortlessly, the experience is as considered as it is rewarding. Members of the Collection’s membership programme enjoy an additional layer of exclusive privileges – from priority access to personalised services – making every visit feel tailored from the first step.

Below, GRAZIA brings you the full rundown of Euro summer done The Bicester Collection way.

Bicester Village in the UK

The founding Village of the Bicester Collection continues to set the standards. This May saw two quietly significant openings: a pop-up from cult fragrance house Diptyque, and the first standalone boutique from CurrentBody Skin – the only dedicated beauty tech brand within Bicester Village’s storied streets. The 154 sq ft Glasshouse space offers guests a rare chance to experience clinically proven at-home devices in person, in one of the UK’s most prestigious retail settings. It signals something broader: the Village as a place where the future of beauty is being quietly, confidently written.

Las Rozas Village in Madrid

Just thirty minutes from the Spanish capital, Las Rozas Village has transformed itself into an immersive tribute to Madrid — its soul, its swagger and its living traditions. “Madrid. Unfiltered” sees the Village reimagined through monumental carnation installations, hand-painted bar facades by National Craft Award-winner Diego Apesteguía, rosquilla sculptures in collaboration with artisan bakery Madreamiga, and ceramic street signs crafted by the Ruiz de Luna family, custodians of a tile-making tradition dating to 1908. Madrid’s energy — unapologetic, plural and unmistakably itself — spills into every corner.

La Roca Village in Barcelona

UNESCO has named Barcelona the World Capital of Architecture for 2026, and La Roca Village is rising to the occasion in spectacular fashion. Two installations open a portal into Gaudí’s Barcelona: floral studio Flowers by Bornay draws from the gates of Casa Milà and the tiled roof of Casa Batlló to create a world of immersive wonder, while photographer Jordi Bernadó offers a quiet meditation on the city’s soul through twelve images of lived-in spaces. An exclusive Casa Batlló pop-up kiosk brings one of the world’s great UNESCO World Heritage Sites directly to the Village — a gift to the architecturally curious.

La Vallée Village in France & Fidenza Village in Italy

At La Vallée Village, located just outside of Paris, L’Art du Geste invites guests into a world where craft becomes performance. Meanwhile, Fidenza Village, located near Milan, continues its evolution as an open-air museum following the unveiling of a landmark sculpture in collaboration with artist Richard Orlinski at Milan Design Week. This work demands to be seen in person.

Wertheim Village in Germany

Set along the Romantic Road in Franconia’s wine country just outside of Frankfurt, Wertheim Village is hosting Mille Miroirs – a sweeping, walkable installation by French artist Cyril Lancelin, composed of golden and silver spheres and reflective surfaces that transform with every step. On view until the end of August, and forming part of World Design Capital Frankfurt RheinMain 2026, it is the kind of encounter that lingers. The artist will be present in the Village on June 8 and June 9.
